Reality Construction, founded in 2001, specializes in fire, water, and storm restoration, building custom homes, and remodeling.  Owner Jennings F. Jennings Smith, Owner

Jennings is an 8^th generation Summerville native who is very involved in his community, as well as the homes he builds and reconstructs.  After graduating from high school, Jennings obtained his residential builders license at the age of 19.  From there, he continued his education at Clemson University and pursued his degree in Business Management while he built homes during the summer.  Upon graduation in 2006, he fully dedicated his time and efforts to Reality Construction.  Jennings is a licensed residential builder in North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, and West Virginia, where he and his crew have built buildings.  When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, hunting, and being involved in his church.
